We are currently looking for an Assistant Auto Electrician to join our team at the Nelspruit depot on a 12-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about auto electronics and are ready to contribute to the maintenance of our fleet.

Key Requirements:

• Educational Requirements:
  • Minimum Grade 10
  • Completion of N3 courses
• Experience:
  • At least 2 years’ practical experience working as an unqualified Auto Electrician
• Skills and Knowledge:
  • In-depth knowledge of HB 4 buses’ electrical systems
  • Ability to repair and overhaul electrical units
• Other Requirements:
  • Must be medically fit
  • Clean criminal record
  • Traceable references

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct maintenance on HB 4 buses
• Perform electrical repairs and fault finding
• Overhaul electrical systems as required
• Complete job cards and defect reports accurately
