Main Responsibilities:
- Follow customer order specifications, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
- Carry out warehouse procedures safely, adhering to SOP compliance.
- Make sure tasks are done to meet warehouse performance goals.
- Make sure daily warehouse KPIs are surpassed.
- Maintain the Caterpillar 3-star rating for contamination control.
- Cleaning and organizing the workspace or maintaining cleanliness and order.
Academic Background, Work History, and Competencies:
- Grade 12 or Completed Secondary School.
- Having a forklift and driver’s license is beneficial.
- Focus on providing excellent customer service or dedication to meeting customer needs.
- Basic familiarity with parts and components.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities or Clear and effective communicator.
- Capable of understanding and following directions.
- Capable of working alone with minimal supervision.
- Understanding and following process requirements.
- Working together as a team or working well in a group setting.
- Careful focus on the small things.
- Precision with numbers or correctness in handling numbers.
