Key Responsibilities of a Patient Recruiter
- Identify and recruit suitable participants for clinical trials and medical research studies.
- Explain study details, benefits, and requirements to potential patients in a clear and friendly manner.
- Attend and coordinate off-site recruitment events.
- Maintain privacy and follow all compliance rules.
- Work with the recruitment team to meet daily and weekly goals.
What You Need to Apply
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years’ experience in sales, customer service, or BPO healthcare recruitment.
- Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-moving, team-based environment.
- Knowledge of medical terms, HIPAA, or healthcare compliance is a bonus.
Work Schedule
- 45-hour work week
- Shifts rotate between 3 PM and 3 AM
- Flexible schedule (working days can include weekends)
- Dynamic public holiday policy
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: R12,500
- Shift Allowance: R500
- Commission: Up to R3,000
- Anniversary Bonus
- Medical Insurance (after 3 months)
