Job Overview
Hire Resolve is urgently hiring a skilled GCC Engineer with Trackless Mobile Machinery (TMM) experience for a major mining client in Rustenburg, North West. This role offers a lucrative salary and long-term growth potential in the mining sector.
Responsibilities
- Fulfil legal engineering duties under MHSA to ensure safe labour and machinery operation.
- Maximize plant and equipment availability to meet production goals through effective maintenance.
- Lead compliance, engineering standards, and cost control strategies aligned with the mine’s objectives.
- Continuously improve systems, processes, and engineering team performance.
- Collaborate with various teams and OEMs to ensure safe and cost-effective operations.
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- National Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 10 years of mining experience (underground/surface)
- 3+ years of experience post GCC Mines and Works certification
- Management Development Programme (advantageous)
