RCL FOODS is a leader in the food manufacturing industry, committed to making a difference through sustainable practices. We are hiring an experienced Accountant to manage the financial affairs of our TsGro operations under the Sugar unit.

Minimum Requirements
- B.Com./B.Compt. Accounting degree (minimum required)
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong financial and numerical skills
- Commercial accounting experience
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Working knowledge of IFRS 9
- Experience drafting Annual Financial Statements
- Budgeting and Forecasting capabilities
- SAP experience is an advantage
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated with good communication skills
Responsibilities
- Manage financial affairs including cash flow, revenue, cost control, and monthly reports
- Oversee audits and tax compliance
- Manage Debtors and Creditors
- Develop and implement financial policies and monitor compliance
- Reconcile and report on balance sheet accounts
- Prepare Annual Financial Statements
- Oversee inventory and conduct stock counts
- Raise journal entries and perform account reconciliations
- Delegate routine accounting tasks to junior staff
