AVBOB Long Term Insurance Unemployed Learnership Programme 2025
Programme Overview
AVBOB, in partnership with INSETA, is offering a Long Term Insurance Learnership opportunity for unemployed youth. This is a structured work-based programme that includes both classroom training and on-the-job experience. Successful learners will receive an NQF Level 4 qualification with 140 credits.
Responsibilities
- Attend classroom training through an accredited training provider
- Gain practical work experience at AVBOB offices
- Complete all learning modules and assessments
- Follow instructions and policies as directed by supervisors
Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate with English and Maths, Maths Literacy, or Accounting
- Ages between 18 and 35
- Must not be studying or enrolled in any other programme from 01 March 2024 to 28 February 2025
- Must not have completed a previous learnership
- Must live in one of the following areas: Mamelodi, Centurion, Pretoria CBD, Midrand, Montana, Pretoria East, or Pretoria North
- Must be a South African citizen
- Basic computer skills
