Job Summary
This role involves both general handyman tasks and driving duties. You will be expected to maintain the facilities and also provide occasional transport services. You must be physically fit and able to work independently with a good work ethic.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 or National Certificate
- 1–2 years experience in a similar handyman or maintenance role
- Having a Professional Driving Permit (PDP) and a valid driving licence
- Must pass criminal and credit background checks
- Police clearance certificate is required
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repair of the facility
- Report complex maintenance issues to the site manager
- Ensure company vehicle is clean and in good condition
- Provide transport for residents when required
- Maintain accurate travel logs and records
