Econofoods, a fast-growing FMCG retail leader in South Africa, is proud to launch its 2025 Bursary Programme. This exciting initiative is exclusively available to full-time Econofoods or Taylor Made Foods employees, supporting career growth through further education.

What the Bursary Is About

The bursary programme aims to help team members pursue qualifications in retail-related fields. In partnership with the W&RSETA, Econofoods will offer 7 bursaries, each valued up to R50,000, to cover tuition and study materials.

Skills Requirements

  • South African citizen
  • Full-time employee at Econofoods or Taylor Made Foods with a minimum of 2 years of service
  • First-time enrolment in a Higher Certificate, Diploma, or Degree
  • Already accepted or planning to register at an accredited institution
  • Must be pursuing a qualification in one of the approved study areas

Programme Details

  • Funding: Up to R50,000 per student for the 2025 academic year
