What the Job Is About
As a Call Centre Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers. You’ll handle inquiries, resolve issues like delays or cancellations, and guide passengers through processes. Communication, problem-solving, and teamwork are key to success in this role.

Skills and Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- 1 to 4 years’ experience in a Call Centre environment
- Travel or relevant qualification is an advantage
- Excellent English communication (spoken and written)
- Solid computer literacy and phone etiquette
- No criminal or credit record
- Availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Own transport is a plus

Shift Schedule
- 07:00 – 16:00
- 08:00 – 17:00
- 09:00 – 18:00
