Kudough, a part of the IDM Group, is looking for Call Centre Consultants to join their Outbound Sales team in Cape Town. As a consultant, you’ll assist clients in improving their credit score and financial health. This is a full-time, permanent position with great support, training, and growth opportunities—open to candidates living with a disability.

What the Job Is About

You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, helping them understand and use Kudough's financial products. The role includes handling outbound and inbound calls, assessing financial needs, offering solutions, and upselling relevant services. It’s more than just sales—it’s about making a difference in people’s lives through financial guidance.

Who Should Apply

Skills Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • Minimum 1 year of outbound sales experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good computer literacy
  • Ability to manage time and work under pressure
  • Knowledge of credit bureaus and financial products is a plus
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
  • Customer-focused and goal-oriented

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial assessments and suggest tailored credit solutions
  • Promote and sell Kudough products and services to new and existing clients
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for Kudough and partner clients
  • Guide clients through budgeting, debt management, and credit-building options
  • Provide excellent customer service and support retention efforts
  • Upsell additional products like loan consolidation and insurance
