Introduction
Signature Cosmetics is looking for a qualified and experienced SHER Officer to join their Risk & Compliance division in Edenvale, Gauteng. This is a permanent position for someone passionate about workplace safety, employee wellbeing, and compliance in a dynamic retail environment.
What the Job Is About
As the SHER Officer, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures. You will lead training, conduct inspections and audits, manage incident investigations, and ensure legal compliance across Signature and Autograph premises.

Skills Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Safety Officer role
- Minimum 3 years in FMCG or Supply Chain environments
- Strong background in audits, compliance, and investigations
- Experience delivering health and safety training
- Basic data analysis and reporting knowledge
