What the Job Is About
As the first point of contact for technical issues, you’ll handle support tickets, resolve common problems, and escalate more complex issues. Your role will combine excellent customer service with solid technical skills to ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Who Should Apply
You’re a great fit if you:
- possess one to two years of experience working in helpdesk or IT support positions.
- Hold an A+ Certification (required)
- Have Microsoft or Service Desk certifications (preferred)
- Understand how to manage tickets and work with Office 365
- Enjoy helping others and solving technical problems
Skills Requirements
- Experience using ITSM tools and service desk platforms
- Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 2016–O365
- Office 365 support experience (user and group management)
- Familiarity with PC hardware setup and troubleshooting
- Understanding of basic networking concepts
- ITIL Foundation and Active Directory knowledge are advantageous
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
