Key Outputs and Responsibilities
- Successfully complete all theoretical learning, practical training, and skills assessments.
- Apply acquired technical skills in a real-world workshop environment under supervision.
- Maintain accurate documentation such as logbooks and training records.
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment in line with safety policies and procedures.
- Meet individual performance metrics and balanced scorecard KPIs.

- Adhere strictly to the General Machinery Regulations Act and company safety standards.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Grade 12 / Matric with N3-level Mathematics and Physical Science or FLT (Foundational Learning Certificate).
- N2 or higher in Mathematics, Science, Mechanical Trade Theory, and Technical Drawings.
- NCV Level 4: Mathematics, Physical Science, Industrial Science, Mechanical Trade Theory, or Electrical Trade Theory.
- Valid Driver’s Licence – Code B (must be obtained before trade test).
- Strong analytical, numerical, and technical reasoning abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
