Key Responsibilities
- Load and offload bread following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure accurate tray counts and balancing of trays per truck.
- Follow the correct loading and offloading sequence as per the pipeline process.
- Report loading and offloading issues to the offloads supervisor.
- Ensure correct stock rotation using the FIFO method.
- Maintain high standards of bread quality during loading and delivery.
- Participate in daily invocoms and follow team communication practices.
- Comply with all company policies and safety procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Grade 12 qualification with good numerical skills.
- Basic computer literacy is an advantage.
- At least 3 months of experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to pay attention to detail and follow procedures accurately.
- Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
