Key Responsibilities
LMP Operations
- Monitor findings from all legislatively required licenses, permits, and reports, ensuring full compliance and audit readiness.
- Prepare and coordinate HSE audits such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IMS, ONE MAESTRO, MAESTRO Log, SMT, RSR, SRM+, and Legal Compliance Audits.
- Provide detailed updates and statistical trend analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) within the area of responsibility.
- Manage action plans on platforms including RAMSES, INTELEX, COMPLYWORKS, and IZI Safety.
- Investigate and report all incidents, ensuring corrective and preventive measures are implemented and verified for effectiveness.
- Recommend suspension of operational activities when justified in consultation with the Line Manager and business leaders.
- Roll out HSE initiatives introduced by the HSE & EL Division and ensure full implementation within logistics and engineering teams.
- Participate in integrity management testing, monitor safety-critical barriers, and track improvement progress.
System Management and Audits
- Conduct self-evaluation system audits aligned with ONE MAESTRO and MAESTRO LOG standards.
- Follow up on audit findings and ensure prompt closure of non-conformances.
- Attend monthly and quarterly HSE meetings and management reviews.
- Oversee distribution center inspections, emergency drills, task analyses, and HIRAs.
Engineering and Contractor HSE Performance
- Monitor and evaluate contractor HSE performance, ensuring compliance with ICC audit outcomes.
- Develop prevention plans for projects and maintenance contractors and conduct regular progress meetings.
- Attend at least one ICC audit per quarter and provide performance feedback to project teams.
- Offer functional HSE support to the HSEQ Specialist and Specialties Division.
Training and Advisory Responsibilities
- Promote continuous improvement in TotalEnergies’ HSEQ management systems.
- Train and mentor site champions and staff on HSE initiatives and procedures.
- Facilitate workshops to embed a safety culture and awareness throughout operations.
Technological Risk Management
- Monitor the implementation of critical barrier programs and risk management systems.
- Ensure operational procedures align with TotalEnergies’ Technological Risk Analysis (TRA) framework.
- Contribute to the development of downgraded situations and incident simulations.
Security Oversight
- Provide oversight and management of the Security Management System across specialty and logistics sites.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure security protocols meet company and regulatory requirements.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, leadership, and a commitment to maintaining world-class HSE standards.
- National Diploma in Safety Management, Occupational Health & Hygiene Management, or Engineering.
- Successful completion of HSE Management Systems and relevant legislation courses.
- Knowledge of integrity management principles and HSEQ legislation is essential.
- Understanding of company policies, procedures, and risk management frameworks.
- Proficiency in English as the working language.
- Valid Code 08 driver’s license required.
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in HSSE or related disciplines.
