Electrician – Tsebo Facilities Solutions (Rustenburg, North West)
Introduction
Tsebo Facilities Solutions is looking for an experienced Electrician to join its technical team in Rustenburg, North West. The successful candidate will be responsible for electrical maintenance, repairs, and planned preventative maintenance on plant and equipment, in line with service level agreements under the Sun International contract.
About the Role
The Electrician will handle day-to-day electrical maintenance, fault finding, and repair tasks. This includes ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with safety standards, and maintaining all electrical systems and tools in good working order. The role supports the Facilities Manager in maintaining a safe and reliable working environment and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment.
- Carry out reactive and planned preventative maintenance tasks.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with OHS Act requirements.
- Oversee sub-contractors and ensure their work meets Tsebo standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and reports.
- Proactively identify electrical issues and report them through the Helpdesk system.
- Maintain tools, workshops, and stores in a clean, organized condition.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by responding promptly to maintenance requests.
- Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure quality service delivery.
- Participate in stock control and regular inspections of electrical and power tools.

Qualifications and Experience
- Matric (NQF Level 4 Electrical/Technical qualification)
- Minimum of 5 years’ electrical experience in a similar facilities or maintenance environment
- Experience with electrical systems and general building maintenance
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Knowledge of OHS Act regulations and compliance procedures
