About the Role
The EPWP Data Capturer will be responsible for managing and maintaining all data related to EPWP projects implemented by CapeNature. The role focuses on capturing project information onto the National EPWP Reporting System, managing timesheets, verifying reports, and assisting with compliance and audit requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Capture all EPWP project information, including MIS reports and timesheets, onto the National EPWP Reporting System within the required reporting period.

- Prepare and maintain monthly reports detailing work opportunities, person-days worked, expenditure, and vulnerability statistics.
- Provide administrative support for EPWP job creation projects, including filing, correspondence, and record management.
- Assist project managers in resolving data-related queries efficiently.
- Coordinate and support site visits to various project locations to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Compile reports for submission to the EPWP Compliance and Reporting Unit.
- Assist in related research and additional administrative tasks as required by management.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following essential criteria:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in administration, information management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in at least two of the Western Cape’s official languages.
- Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Previous experience in office administration and data management.
- Basic understanding of financial transactions and record-keeping.
- A valid driver’s license.
- No criminal record.
