About the Role

Key Responsibilities
The Creditors Clerk’s duties include, but are not limited to:
- Reviewing vendor statements and invoices and following up on discrepancies daily
- Filing, sorting, and reconciling invoices and supporting documentation
- Preparing monthly accrual journals and processing payments accurately
- Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly cash outflows
- Handling petty cash and cash book related invoices and payments
- Generating reports, including creditors age analysis
- Performing supplier reconciliations and preparing payment requisitions
- Reconciling purchase orders with invoices
- Ensuring accurate invoice capturing in SAP and KeyFleet systems
- Loading new creditors onto SAP and validating supplier banking details
- Responding professionally to creditor and staff queries regarding payments
- Performing ad hoc tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum Matric Certificate
- At least 2 years of experience in creditors systems and reconciliations
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Own transport for commuting to the Cape Town branch
