- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, both digital and hard copy, and screening telephone calls.
- Planning and arranging departmental meetings and accurately recording minutes as required.
- Supporting the Departmental Head in budget management, including stationery, telephone, catering, and other departmental costs.
- Assisting with drafting and quality assurance of documents, presentations, and slides.
- Handling administrative and client enquiries efficiently.
- Keeping the departmental shared drive updated and relevant to ongoing departmental activities.
