Job Purpose
The Fuel Attendant will be responsible for dispensing fuel, ensuring accurate transactions, maintaining a clean work environment, and providing excellent customer service. You will play an important role in supporting VKB Fuels’ operations while ensuring all safety and compliance standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient, and safe customer service at the fuel station.
- Dispense fuel accurately as per customer requests and vehicle requirements.
- Handle cash and card transactions with precision and honesty.
- Balance fuel sales and reconcile cash at the end of each shift.
- Identify discrepancies in fuel or cash balances and assist in problem-solving.
- Ensure the forecourt and surrounding areas remain clean, safe, and presentable.
- Comply with VKB safety, health, and environmental standards at all times.
- Assist customers with basic vehicle needs such as checking oil, water, or tyre pressure when required.
