Skills & Requirements
- Education: SAMTRAC or Diploma in Safety Management.
- Certifications: Registered Assessor and Moderator (SETA/QCTO) and Train the Trainer certification.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of HSE training experience and at least 5 years of industry experience in SHEQ.
- Knowledge: Understanding of SAQA, SETA, QCTO, and NOSA frameworks. Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 is advantageous.
- Skills: Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to adapt content to suit various learners’ backgrounds and needs.
- Other Requirements: A valid driver’s license, own reliable transport, willingness to travel, and fluency in English (additional languages advantageous).
