Candidates will be responsible for maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting, and upgrading computer systems, hardware, software, and peripherals, while ensuring SLA compliance and excellent service delivery.

Position Summary
As a Technical I, IT Operations professional, you will provide end-user support across desktops, networks, telephony, and applications. You will act as an escalation point to resolve incidents according to SLAs, while delivering high-quality IT service across all shifts, including rotational night shifts in a 24/7 environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Service management fundamentals: Problem Management, Incident Management, RCA, and Ticket Analysis.
- Troubleshoot local servers, network devices, and voice infrastructure with support from Network and Server teams.
- End-user computing support: desktops, laptops, hard phones, WiFi devices (hardware and software).
- Hardware expertise: motherboard, SMPS, RAM replacement, laptop screens/keyboards, Avaya phone configuration, video conferencing equipment.
- Software expertise: Windows 10, MS Office 2013+, Outlook, Skype for Business, OneDrive, antivirus, HDD imaging/ghosting, VPN, data encryption, video conferencing, firmware updates.
- High-impact incident coordination and real-time updates to the BRC team.
- Support onboarding, account ramp-ups and ramp-downs, and account movements.
- Manage BCP testing, failover coordination, and maintain compliance with COPC, ISO 27001 standards.
- Handle IT tickets using ITIL-based framework and maintain high IT VOC scores.
Qualifications and Experience
- 4.5+ years supporting desktop/laptop hardware and software in Windows-based PC/LAN environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science.
- MCSE or similar certifications preferred.
- Hands-on experience with desktops, laptops, Citrix client, hard phones, WiFi devices, and MS Office 2010+ troubleshooting.
- Proven experience in problem management, incident management, RCA, ticket analysis, and ITIL-based service delivery.
- Team management, motivation, and development skills.
- Flexibility to work overtime and rotational night shifts.
