About the Role
The Financial Accountant will ensure accurate financial management, reporting, and analysis across Afrimat Industries. You will be responsible for monthly financial statements, account reconciliations, and budgeting, supporting operational and strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and distribute monthly management reports and analysis.
- Manage inventory, stock, and imported goods’ landing costs.
- Ensure proper financial close procedures, including P&L and overhead review.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and cashflow projections.
- Oversee annual financial audit processes and reporting compliance.
- Coordinate procurement cards, reconciliations, and general accounting assistance.
- Support multi-site contract management and procurement operations.
- Manage warehouses, spares, and project purchasing processes.
- Conduct business process training and audits (Flowcentic, JDE, SABS).
