About the Role
This role is responsible for managing environmental sustainability and occupational health & safety deliverables across Huntswood and the wider ResultsCX organisation. The focus is on compliance, continuous improvement, and risk reduction.
The officer works closely with Facilities, HR, IT, Procurement, and Operations to embed safe, sustainable ways of working while supporting business performance.
- Drive environmental sustainability strategy and implementation
- Manage environmental compliance and certification roadmaps
- Collect and report greenhouse gas and sustainability data
- Develop and maintain occupational health and safety systems
- Lead workplace inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
- Deliver health and safety training and awareness programmes
- Ensure compliance with regional and international OHS legislation
