About the Role
The Workshop Foreman manages all workshop activities, staff, and equipment at Rosslyn Snacks. This includes manufacturing parts, coordinating maintenance projects, supervising repair work, and ensuring Health and Safety compliance.
The role requires technical expertise in mechanical and maintenance functions, leadership skills, and strong project management abilities.
- Manufacture and maintain factory parts and assemblies (shafts, conveyors, chutes, platforms)
- Ensure quality repairs within project timelines and deadlines
- Identify parts requiring future replacement and provide RCA reports
- Coordinate daily workshop priorities and staff meetings
- Manage repairs, maintenance updates, and special projects
- Maintain workshop equipment for safety and operational readiness
