About the Role
The Millwright position supports production performance by ensuring that machinery and equipment are maintained to standard and available for operations.
This role works closely with supervisors, team leaders, and operational teams to plan, execute, and improve maintenance activities across the plant.
- Obtain daily and weekly work instructions from the Plant Supervisor
- Prepare work priorities and resource requirements
- Coordinate maintenance activities with Team Leaders
- Ensure safe and proper operation of machinery and equipment
- Perform planned and preventative maintenance tasks
- Respond to operational problems and equipment defects
- Supervise allocated team members during assigned tasks
- Ensure all work meets required standards and specifications
- Participate in improvement and reliability projects
- Complete job cards, reports, and technical documentation
