Purpose of the Role
This position exists to assist in general on-site activities, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general housekeeping duties on-site.
- Attend pre-shift and risk assessment meetings.
- Ensure tools are kept in safe working condition.
- Report unsafe conditions and behaviors.
- Liaise with site management on work-related matters.
- Comply with all health, safety, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Grade 12 or N3 equivalent
Experience
- 1–2 years’ experience in a Water environment
- Proof of residence not older than 3 months
- Certified copy of ID
Skills and Competencies
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Physically fit to perform duties
- High emotional intelligence
- Strong listening skills
- Visible presence and engagement on site
General Requirement
- Fitness certification required
