Job Overview
Mr Price Money is looking for a skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join their Contact Centre team in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. This on-site role is ideal for professionals with strong leadership experience in insurance sales and contact centre environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Forecasting: Develop customer acquisition strategies, manage sales incentives, and provide accurate forecasting.
- Campaign Planning: Forecast staffing needs and campaign data using market insights.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with IT, BI, Operations, and Commercial teams to deliver business results.
- Operations Management: Oversee full sales processes and manage all systems and tools for the contact centre.
- System Optimization: Improve process efficiency and performance through strategic implementation and teamwork.
- Training Leadership: Manage sales trainers and performance coaches, assess training needs, and monitor effectiveness.
- Reporting: Analyze performance data, leave reports, and KPIs to find trends and areas of improvement.
- Data Analysis: Conduct regular data audits, update contact information, and use analytics to boost operations and revenue.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric Certificate (essential)
- Relevant FAIS qualification (RE1 and/or RE5 advantageous)
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in an insurance sales contact centre
- Proficiency in CRM systems and call centre tools
- advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Strong written communication skills, with reporting and presentation experience
