Customer Support Coordinator (ICT Sales) – Cape Town, South Africa

Salary: R15 000 – R18 000 per month

Responsibilities
- Maintain strong customer relationships with assigned accounts
- Be the main point of contact for customer service and support
- Communicate delivery status, ETAs, and other updates clearly
- Work with Account Managers to create sales strategies
- Generate accurate quotes tailored to customer needs
- Follow up on all orders from production to delivery
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
- Track sales performance and share updates with management
- Negotiate pricing and grow order volumes where possible
- Keep detailed and accurate administrative records
Requirements
- Matric certificate required; tertiary education is a plus
- At least 2 years of ICT sales support or internal account experience
- Knowledge of ICT products and distribution is essential
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong numerical accuracy and admin abilities
- Open to occasional training after hours
