Are you looking for a permanent job in Cape Town with one of South Africa’s leading security companies? Fidelity ADT, part of the Fidelity Services Group, is hiring for a Contact Centre Sales Line 2 position.
If you’re passionate about customer service, have experience in a call centre, and can handle sales and cancellations, this job is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle moving cancellation requests and customer queries (Dealer, IIP, In-house clients).
 - Follow up daily on pending customer issues.
 - Make outbound calls to update and support customers.
 - Schedule reconnection or new customer appointments.
 - Assist Level 1 agents with overflow calls.
 - Keep all internal systems updated.
 - Provide top-quality service and communication at all times.
 
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12
 - 2+ years of experience in a call centre environment
 - Proven sales and lead generation experience
 - Strong written and verbal communication skills
 - Good admin and computer skills
