Job Overview:
Our client, based in Parklands North, is currently seeking a client liaison to join their inbound call centre team. If you’re passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have experience in a call centre or telesales environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
As a client liaison, you’ll be responsible for managing inbound calls, assisting customers with their needs, and booking appointments for product specialists. You will not be required to cold call; instead, your role will focus on converting leads into appointments and helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Booking Appointments: Convert incoming leads into appointments for the product specialist (no cold calling).
- Customer Assistance: Assist clients by assessing their needs and recommending products based on their preferences.
- Product Knowledge: Gain detailed knowledge of the products, including materials, design features, dimensions, and care instructions.
- Sales Process: Explain the benefits of products, answer customer questions, and handle objections. Upsell or cross-sell complementary products like accessories or warranties.
- Delivery & Assembly Information: Inform customers about delivery timelines, costs, and assembly options. Coordinate with logistics for delivery arrangements.
- Meeting Sales Targets: Work towards meeting sales goals by effectively engaging with customers and closing sales.
Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications and criteria:
- Matric (Grade 12) Qualification is required.
- 2+ years of experience in a Call Centre or Telesales environment.
- Proven track record of success in telesales or call centre roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in both English and Afrikaans (essential for communication).
- Ability to build rapport with clients and demonstrate patience in customer interactions.
- Target-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales goals.
