Job Description:
Join our team through the NCAMA Learnership program (NQF Level-2). You will gain important skills and experience in a supportive environment. This program includes both classroom training and hands-on practice to help you grow in your career.

Performance Indicators Achievement Standards
- Follow and finish the approved training program as required by FMCSA and MerSeta.
- Follow the set training schedule to make sure you gain the necessary skills.
- Finish the learnership within the specified 12-month period.
- Work different shifts to gain more experience during the training period.

- Pay close attention to details while being supervised.
- Strong communication skills, both speaking and writing.
- Well-organized and focused on achieving goals.
- Eager to learn while working.
- Focused on achieving results.
- Ability to think critically and analyze information.
- Skills in solving problems and analyzing situations.
- Ability to bounce back and stay strong in difficult situations.
Qualifications:
Grade 12 certificate with passing marks in:
- Grade 12 English, Pure Mathematics (Higher Grade or Standard Grade). This does not include Maths Literacy, Additional Maths, Functional Maths, Commercial Maths, or Applied Maths.
Age Requirement
- Applicants must be under 35 years old.
