- Strong understanding of field services in an enterprise setting
- Valid driver’s license
Key Responsibilities

- Provide expert troubleshooting on desktops, printers, mobile devices, and other ICT peripherals
- Ensure service delivery aligns with municipal SLAs and governance policies
- Handle escalated support issues and assist with training and development of the technical team
- Comply with MFMA and apply sound financial procedures to avoid unnecessary costs
- Document and report technical issues, risks, and improvements
