Skills & Requirements
- Education: Grade 10 plus completion of the recognised learnership qualifying for registration with the South African Council for Social Service Professions (SACSSP) as a Social Auxiliary Worker.
- Registration: Current registration with the SACSSP as a Social Auxiliary Worker.
- Licence: A valid Code B driving licence.
- Experience: Practical exposure to community work, client engagement, and social support functions is advantageous.
Core competencies include knowledge of human behaviour, social systems, and developmental welfare services; understanding of the South African judicial framework; record-keeping, report-writing, and analytical skills; and proficiency in MS Office.
