  • Managing and coordinating the electronic diary of the Departmental Head and preparing weekly hard copies with relevant documentation.
  • Arranging local and international travel, accommodation, foreign exchange, subsistence, and ensuring reconciliation after travel.
  • Maintaining an organised electronic filing system and ensuring all departmental documents are properly filed in the central filing system.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, both digital and hard copy, and screening telephone calls.
  • Planning and arranging departmental meetings and accurately recording minutes as required.
  • Supporting the Departmental Head in budget management, including stationery, telephone, catering, and other departmental costs.
  • Assisting with drafting and quality assurance of documents, presentations, and slides.
  • Handling administrative and client enquiries efficiently.
  • Keeping the departmental shared drive updated and relevant to ongoing departmental activities.
  • Supporting project coordination and tracking departmental initiatives against timelines.
