About the Role
The Planner Global Grade 09 is responsible for coordinating service and maintenance operations, managing costs, and monitoring workflow efficiency.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor job progress and work-in-progress (WIP)
- Manage cost elements for labour, parts, and bought-outs
- Issue job instructions and dispatch artisans
- Initiate and control bought-out requests
- Follow up on parts, quotes, and service reports
