About the Role

This internship focuses on supporting the University of the Free State’s Learning Management System migration project. Interns will assist students and staff with digital learning platforms while helping ensure high-quality online course delivery.

  • Provide user support at the Educational Technology Helpdesk
  • Assist with Blackboard, Turnitin, Panopto, and Feedback Fruits
  • Migrate course content from Blackboard to Brightspace/D2L
  • Support quality checks of migrated courses
  • Deliver Brightspace/D2L training and student support
  • Assist with project administration for LMS migration
