Are you great with people, love solving problems, and looking for a stable full-time job? Ctrack, a leader in vehicle tracking and fleet management, is hiring a Call Centre Support Agent at our Irene, Centurion office.

What You'll Do

As a Call Centre Support Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, Fitment Centres, and internal CTFM branches. You’ll monitor high-risk alarms and help track and recover SVS-installed vehicles.

Main Responsibilities

    • Answer customer calls and monitor high-risk alerts.
    • Support vehicle recovery operations for hijacked, lost, or stolen vehicles.
    • Report issues using the CRM system.
    • Do regular vehicle checks and generate weekly/monthly reports.
    • Register new vehicles on Secure Base and Hub systems.
    • Update client info and fleet lists accurately.
    • Follow standard procedures for customer service and vehicle tracking.
    • Provide excellent support to internal and external stakeholders.

What You Need

    • Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent.
    • Call Centre or Customer Service experience is a plus.
    • Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
    • proficient in one South African language and English.
    • Knowledge of CRM systems and tracking databases.
    • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
