What You'll Learn and Do
This Chemical Process Operator Learnership includes NQF Level 2 plant operations training. You will gain practical experience while supporting experienced plant operators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery under supervision
- Learn chemical plant operations and safety procedures
- Handle bags, drums, bulk materials, and chemicals
- Load and offload raw materials and finished products
- Maintain cleanliness in all plant areas
- Work in confined spaces and at heights
- Complete daily plant process documentation
- Participate in forklift training
- Work shifts and overtime if needed
Minimum Requirements

- Maths and physical science in grade 12 are crucial.
- Age: Between 18 and 25 years
- Basic computer skills – MS Office or similar
- Physically and medically fit
