We are looking for a Call Centre Agent who is passionate about customer service and has strong telesales experience. In this role, you will support customers via online chat and messaging platforms—helping resolve queries, offering solutions, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Chat with customers online to answer questions and solve problems.
- Help users understand our services and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Handle multiple chats at once while staying friendly and professional.
- Document each customer conversation clearly.
- Hit performance targets like response times and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on our products and policies to give accurate information.
- Work with teammates and other departments to ensure smooth service.
Requirements:
- High school diploma (college degree is a bonus).
- Telesales or cold calling experience is required.
- Excellent grammar and writing skills.
- Customer service or live chat experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Can type at least 70 words per minute.
- Comfortable using computers and messaging tools.
- Positive attitude, patience, and a love for helping people.
- Must be available to work Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
- Team player with flexibility to adapt to new systems and changes.
