Job Description

To join their inbound call centre team, our client in Parklands North is seeking a patient and driven Client Liaison. No cold calling is required. The successful candidate will be working closely with potential clients and converting leads into appointments for the product specialist.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Two or more years of experience working in a telesales or call centre
  • Proven track record in telesales or customer service success
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans (non-negotiable)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Target-driven and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be patient and customer-focused
  • A recent professional photo is required with your application

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert inbound leads into confirmed appointments
  • Assist customers by assessing their needs and recommending suitable products
  • Keep up with product details, such as design elements and maintenance guidelines.
  • Explain benefits and overcome objections during sales conversations
  • Upsell complementary items such as warranties or accessories
  • Coordinate delivery timelines and assembly with logistics
  • Meet individual and team sales targets
