Internship Details
Program Duration: 24 months (2 years)
Start Date: January 2026
Department: Human Resources / Engineering Division
Purpose of the Internship
The goal of this internship is to provide you with the technical experience, leadership development, and engineering knowledge needed to thrive in the Platinum Group Metals (PGM) industry.
You’ll work across various operational areas such as:
- Concentrator Operations
- Smelting Operations
- PMR (Precious Metals Refinery)
- BMR (Base Metals Refinery)
Minimum Requirements
To apply, you must have:
- A Mechanical Engineering degree (NQF Level 7)
- A strong understanding of core engineering disciplines
- Medical fitness for work in mining and processing operations
Key Responsibilities
During the internship, you will:
- Complete a structured 24-month training program
