IT Desktop Support Technician – Kempton Park
MPRTC is seeking a skilled IT Desktop Support Technician to join their team in Kempton Park. If you’re passionate about technology, problem-solving, and providing excellent support to end-users, this is your opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users
- Support network infrastructure and connectivity
- Maintain and manage IT equipment and assets
- Use ticketing systems such as Freshdesk for support tracking
- Provide support on Microsoft Office Suite and company systems
- Communicate technical information clearly to all users
Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric) or higher qualification
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, N+, Microsoft)
- Three years or more of experience in helpdesk or IT support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ticketing platforms
- Excellent technical and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication with both technical and non-technical users
- Valid Code 8 driver’s license
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
