Job Purpose – What You’ll Be Doing:
You will report to the Outbound Team Leader and be responsible for:
- Making outbound/inbound calls to sell Blue Label products.
- Reaching daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Giving excellent customer service every time.
- Updating customer details in our system.
- Explaining our mobile and digital products clearly.
- Working with your team to smash sales goals.
- Handling customer questions and turning them into sales.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate – Essential
- 2+ years of call centre sales experience
- Good with Microsoft Office
- Able to work on weekends or flexible hours
- Confident, positive, and great at talking to people
- Good under pressure and loves hitting targets
