Job Responsibilities
- Participate in the formal training plan and make progress toward competency goals.
- Attend necessary training sessions and assessments as scheduled.
- Maintain an up-to-date training logbook and present it when requested.
- Respect that all training materials remain the property of the employer.
- Work under supervision to maintain and repair plant equipment.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and workplace rules.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) with Mathematics and Science, or Technical Matric.
- National Technical Certificate – N2 or higher in a relevant engineering field.
- Must be ambitious, motivated, and eager to learn.
- Strong team player with energy and a proactive attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must enter a formal learnership agreement with Meadow Feeds and AgriSETA.
