Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent
- South African citizen
- Must be a resident of City of Ekurhuleni (Proof required)
- Computer literacy
- Good communication skills
- Customer service orientation
Core Responsibilities
- Work as part of the learning and work experience process
- Attend all required training and theory sessions
- Follow workplace rules and policies
- Complete reports or assessments as required
- Perform tasks assigned by the mentor
- Work well with team members and supervisors
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Selected learners will receive full training to develop key workplace skills. A learnership agreement with the SETA and the City will be signed.

- Basic computer knowledge
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Training Responsibilities
- Attend required learning and work sessions
- Comply with all workplace rules and training guidelines
- Complete timesheets or assessments as needed
Workplace Placement Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Help with queries, complaints, and order processing
- Use scripts and guidelines when assisting customers
- Update customer details accurately
- Follow up on unresolved issues
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
