Job Overview
SNG GrantThornton is hiring a skilled and experienced Senior IT Auditor to join their Digitech Assurance team in Midrand. This is a full-time permanent role offering exciting opportunities in the field of IT system audits and risk-based evaluations. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver IT system audits and support the audit manager on assignments.
- Supervise junior consultants and offer on-the-job training.
- Plan and execute audits related to IT General Controls, Application Controls, and Data Analytics.
- Perform security configuration reviews for ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle, and SAGE.
- Work collaboratively with other auditors on integrated audit assignments.
- Manage audit file documentation and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
- Control project costs and avoid budget overruns.
Required Qualifications
- BCom, BSc in IT, BTech in IT, or equivalent qualification.
- Certifications like CISA, CGEIT, CISM, CIPP, CRISC, or CISSP are an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of IT audit experience.
- Experience with control and risk management techniques.
- Exposure to ERP systems, IT General Controls, Application Controls Reviews, and Data Analytics tools.
