Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Safety, Environmental Management, Quality, or related field
- 4–5 years of SHERQ or internal audit experience, ideally in transport or logistics
- Strong understanding of SHERQ legislation and ISO standards
- Skilled in audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations
- Analytical with strong reporting and coordination skills
- Willing to travel to operational sites when needed
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrated SHERQ management systems
- Ensure SHERQ standards and compliance across all sites
- Conduct audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments
- Standardize SHERQ procedures and reporting tools
- Provide training and support to internal teams
- Log and monitor insurance claims, audits, and corrective actions
- Collect and analyze SHERQ statistics for monthly reporting
- Ensure accurate data on the SHEQX system
