  • Field service experience
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical issues
  • Flexibility to work shifts and adapt to changing schedules
  • Experience mentoring apprentices or assistants

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance, service, and repair work on machinery
  • Work safely and sell available working hours efficiently
  • Diagnose technical issues and propose effective solutions
  • Conduct PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection), assembly, and warranty work
  • Produce accurate and timely service reports
  • Document repair processes and maintain tool standards
  • Operate vehicles and field automation tools safely
  • Promote the company’s image and share knowledge with team members
  • Mentor apprentices and Repair Shop Assistants (RSAs)
  • Complete LMS Training level TCL3
