- Post-matric qualification / N2 Certificate (essential)
- Qualified Earthmoving Mechanic with 5–10 years’ post-apprenticeship experience
- Auto electrical skills (advantageous)

- Field service experience
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical issues
- Flexibility to work shifts and adapt to changing schedules
- Experience mentoring apprentices or assistants
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, service, and repair work on machinery
- Work safely and sell available working hours efficiently
- Diagnose technical issues and propose effective solutions
- Conduct PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection), assembly, and warranty work
- Produce accurate and timely service reports
- Document repair processes and maintain tool standards
- Operate vehicles and field automation tools safely
- Promote the company’s image and share knowledge with team members
- Mentor apprentices and Repair Shop Assistants (RSAs)
- Complete LMS Training level TCL3
