Rand Water is offering a permanent job opportunity for a motivated Artisan Assistant Electrical at their Central Depot in Johannesburg South. This position plays an important role in supporting electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations across the 14 districts of Bulk Water Distribution.
What the Job Is About
The Artisan Assistant Electrical will work closely with the electrical team to carry out day-to-day tasks such as planned maintenance, minor electrical repairs, equipment servicing, and safety checks. You’ll be based at the Central Depot, but may be required to travel as part of your duties.
Who Should Apply
Candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Grade 12 or N3 Certificate
- N1 in Electrical
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Must pass Rand Water's K-53 driving evaluation
- Available for standby duty as required
